Agents Get On-line Access to Experts

EVANSTON, Ill -- PositiveSpace, an agent resource Web site owned by Travel Technology & Magic here, introduced a service that enables agents to post questions to industry experts on a range of topics.

PositiveSpace said members are also entitled to a $25 discount from Online Agency for Web site building services.

For the new Q&A service, PositiveSpace said it lined up the following experts:

• Bob Buchanan, president of ARC Bonding and RGB & Associates, who will handle issues related to Airlines Reporting Corp., including defaults and arbiter defense, bonding, insurance and establishing agencies.
• Liz Craig, co-founder and managing partner for OneGlobe, is an e-market specialist for the tourism, travel and hospitality industry. Craig will answer questions regarding e-commerce and on-line marketing.
• Charles Brossman, president and chief executive officer of Travelmanagement.com, a provider of on-line placement services to the travel industry, who will answer questions related to jobs and recruiting.
• Gary M. Fee, founder and president of the Outside Sales Support Network, who will handle questions related to independent and outside agents.
• Steve Lauro, assistant vice president of Berkely Agency Ltd, who will address issues related to travel agent insurance coverage.

The service is free and available to registered PositiveSpace members as a complement to PS Inform, an advertising-supported daily e-mail alert service that features news bulletins, travel information and PS Connections, a bi-weekly e-mail newsletter.
